Create and Assign a Collector

Step 1

  1. On the Home Page, click Search
  2. Search for Collectors
  3. Click on the Collectrs – Administration page
  4. This will open the Collectors setup window where User ID’s are associated with Collectors

Step 2

  1. Use the dropdown under User ID to select your preferred user
  2. Enter your E-Mail
  3. Exit the Collectors page
  4. On the Home Page, click on the Sales dropdown
  5. Select Customers
  6. Click on your desired Customer
  7. Collector = the preferred user in step 5
  8. Exit the Customer window
