Symptoms
When logging into any company within Microsoft Dynamics GP®, you encounter the message ‘Your keys have expired. You can continue to use Collections Management, but you may experience SQL errors. Please contact support.’.
Reason(s)
This message indicates that either the registration keys for Collections Management have not been entered, or the current keys entered are expired.
Resolution
Registration keys can be retrieved in the following ways:
- Provided the AEP fees have been paid prior to the due date, Collections Management and CDA installs will automatically update the registration key. The announcement posted on our blog covers the process in detail. Read more…
- Alternatively, you can generate a registration key from our website.
