Command failed error message when attempting to print/email letters using the Collections Management letter windows.

Unhandled object exception:

Command failed

EXCEPTION_CLASS_OBJECT_EXCEPTION

This error is almost always encountered when attempting to print Word letters and the user does not have proper permissions (full control is recommended but at a minimum Read, Write, and Modify) to the following file locations:

1. GP code folder (by default found here C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics\GP2016)
2. Folder containing the Word document linked to the Word Letter

Confirm the permissions to the locations above and test again after the needed permissions are added.
